This will be the last article in the series “How to Grow Your Relationship with Anyone, Anything, Anywhere and Anytime”.
- Time interval 1 – span from puberty to mid 30’s
- Time interval 2 – from mid 30’s to the end of time
Moreover, the discussion is evolved around the idea of self-exploratory – since knowing your “Self” is the critical foundation for building other types of relationships within a lifetime.
Let’s move on to the second segment of your lifespan – from 30’s to the end of time.
Once you have crossed into this time frame, the tsunami of changes in your biology started at the moment of puberty should be stabilized in form.
Mindfully, most of you will be rational in thoughts and behaviors – in relative to the specific culture of your surroundings.
Approximately 80 to 90 percents of you will fall into the normal distribution curve as illustrated below – again in relative to your geographical and culture of the surroundings.
An example of normal distribution in the United States of America as of 2019 –
- You will be married and have children
- Your salary will fall in the range from low 30K to high 100K
- Approximately 60 percents of you are home owners with 30 years of mortgage – with the remains are renters
- One out of three among you will have prehypertension and almost 1 out of 2 among you will have cholesterol levels higher than 200 mg/dL
- You begin to question your spirituality
As part of the normal distribution spread, you are the culture – the present values of current time slide on the spectrum of progress.
The remaining 10 to 20 percents of the population are on the peripheral boundary of the mass. The extreme takers are for the most part perceived as the cause for degradation of progress, and the extreme givers are pro-progress.
Another way of looking at the population is the “The Hierarchy of 90 Percents Vs 10 Percents” – with the 10Percenters control and manage resources that affect the livelihood of the 90Percenters.
Once you have crossed the second timeframe in an average lifespan, from mid 30’s to the end of time, you will have a much clearer perspective of your personal achievement in respective of others around you – most of you will fall into the normal distribution as illustrated above.
The ultimate question – are you happy with your achievement?
If you are not satisfied with the current state of your life use the statistical facts in the normal distribution population as a guideline for next mile in your life.
Relationship – you are wired as social creature so put efforts in mate and children – earn the privilege to be with your mate for life.
Financial – you are wired to meet your basic needs, foods and safe shelter. Work hard to elevate yourself and your family into the median income anywhere around world – it is approximately $63K in the US as of the end of 2019.
If you can do better than the median, congratulations on your well executed financial game plan. Words of caution – don’t be the victim of your own ambition.
Health – you are dying if your health is deteriorating in your early 30’s. It is critical that you have respect for your body and mind – without the support of your body and mind life has no meaning.
Humanity – it is normal for all of us took lookup for guidance from time to time. This behavior separates the human species from the animal kingdom. A full-fledged human being consciously sees his/her place in the vast Universe – and lead a life in full fidelity of his/her potential.

The underlying key message in the four parts – knowing your “Self” and have answers to the following questions.
Who will be part of your journey?
What are you good at?
How will you prepare your mind and body for the journey?
Are you willing to serve humanity once your basic needs are met?
